HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery timeframe consists of two periods:
1) Processing time (1-2 days) :
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.
Within 12-24 hours of placing your order, it will be reviewed and approved. Once the order is approved in our system, production will commence. For products with personalized processing, it takes approximately 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure its quality, and package it.
2) Delivery time
The time it takes from our international shipping center to the delivery address: Shipping is usually handled by DHL. However, we sometimes use other delivery services. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes approximately:

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We currently offer free standard shipping to our customers throughout the entire attic area.
We also offer premium shipping: This doesn't include faster delivery, but rather insurance against theft, loss, or damage to your package! If DHL and the tracking number confirm that your package has been delivered safely and undamaged, you will receive a 100% refund or a free replacement if your package is damaged or you cannot locate it. We will cover all costs for you!
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with tracking information.
